(1) I am participating in the Member Incentive Program, how do I get my free gift?

The basic requirements are: (1) Register with a valid and deliverable email address; (2) Submit accurate contact and demographic information; (3) Complete two advertiser offers from the Top Offers Group, two from the Prime Offers Group, and two from the Premium Offers Group for a total of six advertiser offers.
(2) Can I go directly to the advertisers’ web pages to complete my sponsor offers?
No. In order for us to track your purchases, you must use the links provided on the offer pages or on your member account page.
(3) How do I receive my action points?
Action points are earned when a registered member fully completes an advertiser offer (completion requirements are clearly indicated for each offer presented). If a purchased item is returned or service is cancelled, the action point for that advertiser may be denied.
(4) How do I check the status of my participation in the Member Incentive Program?
You may check your redemption status at any time in theDirectCameraDeals.com member area. Just log in at http://DirectCameraDeals.com/status.php using the email address you signed up with. From here you will be able to see which steps you have completed and what you have left to do in order to fulfill the program requirements.
(5) After I have completed the terms and conditions, how long will it take to receive my free gift?
Upon meeting all of the requirements, you will then login to your account and print off your redemption certificate. Once this is received, your gift will be shipped via Federal Express within 30 days.
(6) After I receive my free incentive, do I have to complete a performance survey?
No, the New Member Incentive promotion is entirely separate from our product testing program. The free incentive is offered to you purely as a gift from us to thank you for joining the
DirectCameraDeals.comand completing the offer requirements.
(7) Do I have to participate in the New Member Incentive Program in order to be a product tester?
No, absolutely not. The New Member Incentive Program is designed to help us recruit new members and support our sponsors, but participation in that program is not required. You may receive and test products without participating in the incentive program.
(8) How does the Testing Program work?
Upon registering you are entered into a pool of testers. Each quarter DirectCameraDeals.com holds a random drawing out of its registered members to select testers. Selected testers are then contacted via phone with the information they provided during registration. Upon completion of their evaluation period testers are asked to log into their online account to complete the satisfaction survey. Upon completion of the survey the
testing product is yours to keep as our way of saying thank you for participating.
(9) How should I test the products that I receive?
You don't have to do anything special. In other words, we don't expect you to drop a laptop off a balcony to see if it is impact resistant. That's for the product engineers to do. We are mainly interested in consumer testing. Use the products as much, or as little, as you like in accordance with their instructions. Then fill out an online product satisfaction survey.
(10) Do I have to complete the online satisfaction survey on products that I test?
Yes, the survey must be completed within 45 days of receipt or you will lose your membership in the program. From a business standpoint, it costs us time and money to make products available to you and our other customers. Without feedback on the products it wouldn't make sense for us to incur an expense and get nothing in return.
(11) Is there a time limit to completing the requirements for the Member Incentive Program?
Yes, you must meet the requirements within 90 days of joining DirectCameraDeals.com in order to receive your free incentive gift.
(12) I don't live in the United States; am I eligible for your promotion?
No, unfortunately our promotions are limited to legal US residents 18 and over. Offer not valid to
residents of Washington State or where prohibited by law.
(13) My question was not addressed here, what do I do?
